I specialize in:
Individuals, trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships and attachment, self-discovery, LGBTQ+

To me, therapy is a place to slow down, to invite care into your inner world and to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.

At the core of my approach is the belief that trust and safety are essential for meaningful change. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel validated, respected and met with empathy and warmth.

I practice with the understanding that all parts of us serve a purpose, even the parts that feel confusing, critical, or reactive. I work to help individuals understand their internal system more clearly, helping them cultivate greater self-compassion, relief from distress, and a more grounded sense of self. I will integrate body-based work to support nervous system regulation and bring awareness to what information the body is sharing with us.

I also place emphasis on processing experiences within the therapy relationship itself as I feel exploring what unfolds in session can offer powerful insight, supporting more authentic connections in daily life.

I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and I incorporate additional modalities to align to individual needs, including somatic therapy, trauma work, relational work, and psychodynamic therapy. If you’re looking for a collaborative, affirming therapy space to better understand and align with your innermost self, I’d be honored to work together. We are all only human; I invite you to come be human with me!
