I specialize in:
Individuals, couples, trauma, complex ptsd, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, LGBTQIA+

I work with individuals and couples navigating the complexities of being human and in relationship. Often, people come to therapy feeling disconnected—from themselves, their partners, or their deeper longings. Therapy offers a non-judgmental space to be fully heard. I listen to your thoughts, feelings, desires, sensations, and fantasies, and together we begin to piece together the unconscious patterns that shape how you love, relate, and move through the world.

My approach is psychoanalytic and somatic. I believe that healing happens through the therapy relationship itself, where unconscious dynamics can unfold and be worked through in real time. In that space, we can begin to make sense of what feels confusing, painful, or repetitive, and create new possibilities for intimacy, embodiment, and emotional freedom.

With couples, I help partners move beyond the surface, to understand the deeper attachment needs and unspoken desires that drive their dynamics. My work supports couples in finding new ways to communicate, repair, and understand and heal wounds from the past with your partner in the present- through mind-body connection.

I practice from an anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+ affirming lens and welcome people of all identities and relationship structures. I have training in psychoanalytic and somatic approaches including Psychoanalysis, Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, AEDP, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, the Gottman Method, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
